Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team. This role supports Cavender’s culture, opens/closes the store, assists customers, and guides associates to drive sales storewide.

The Key Carrier will stay actively involved in personal selling, training, and maintaining a clean, organized store, while following company policies and procedures. The position emphasizes leadership on duty, loss prevention, safety, and providing best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the retail store and supervise associates to deliver customer service and drive sales.
• Open and close store operations.
• Assist customers and address inquiries, returns, and assignments to associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty and guide team to meet sales goals.
• Train and develop store staff to maintain clean, organized, and professional presentations.
• Contribute to loss prevention, safety, and security of the store.
