Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team in Bristol, TN. You will support the Cavender’s culture, help run daily operations, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales storewide.

You will open/close, train associates, and uphold store standards while adhering to company policies. You will also serve as Manager on Duty as assigned, address customer concerns, and participate in loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Perform tasks of Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting/exceeding sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned, assisting in day-to-day store management.
• Open and close store as directed; address customer complaints and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit structure, and reducing expenses using key metrics.
• Assist in training store associates; ensure store looks clean and presentable.
• Maintain safe, secure store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Understand and execute all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Loss Prevention measures in the store.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
