Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to help lead daily store operations in Texas. You will open/close the store, assist customers, guide team members, and drive sales while ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant environment.

You will balance personal selling with supervision, train associates, and uphold Cavender’sCulture, mission, and loss-prevention practices. This on-site role requires strong reading and comprehension of store policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive mission and values.
• Perform cashier and sales tasks as needed.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet/exceed sales per hour.
• Act as Manager on Duty and supervise store associates to deliver customer service.
• Open and close the store; address customers and returns.
• Assist in increasing sales while maintaining profit and reducing expenses.
• Help train store associates and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Contribute to safety and security, report incidents promptly.
• Follow company policies and participate in loss prevention.
