Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Perform Cashier and Sales Associate tasks.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned with day-to-day store supervision.
• Open and close the store as directed and assist in supervision of associates.
• Address customer complaints and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist in training store associates and drive sales while controlling expenses.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment and report incidents.
