• Act as Manager on Duty: assist in day-to-day store management and supervise associates.
• Open and close the store.
• Address customer needs and handle returns.
• Assist in driving sales, managing expenses, and training staff.
• Keep the store clean, well-presented, and ensure associates look neat.
• Contribute to a safe store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Understand and execute all company policies.
• Participate in Loss Prevention efforts.
