• Capable of coaching and delegating to associates

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty according to company policy
• Ensures store opening/closing procedures are followed
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for service areas
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
