Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations in Atlanta, GA. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, to lead associate activities and ensure a positive customer experience.

As a Key Carrier, you will model exemplary service, supervise tasks, and coach associates while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Addresses customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
