Job summary

The TJMaxx store in Atlanta is seeking a Key Carrier who will support store leadership, coach Associates, and maintain daily operations. This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a strong commitment to customer service.

You will act as Manager on Duty, help ensure policies are followed, and assist in training and delegating tasks to the team. The position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
