Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, delegate and follow up with multiple people/tasks
• Able to adapt quickly to changing directions

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience
• Act as Manager on Duty
• Ensure store operations and opening/closing procedures
• Provide coaching and feedback to Associates
• Maintain appropriate Associate coverage
• Promote safety and adherence to policies
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs
• Communicate priorities clearly to team
