Job summary

Southeast Restoration is seeking a detail-oriented Key Accounts Coordinator to support client relationships and project coordination in Atlanta. You will assist with scheduling inspections, site visits, and meetings, while ensuring timely service delivery and accurate CRM records.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or account coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; CRM experience and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming client requests and support project initiation.
• Maintain project status updates and ensure timely service delivery.
• Serve as a communication resource for key commercial clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM data.
• Provide administrative support to the Key Accounts Team and assist with onboarding and billing.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and vendors to support client needs.
