Job summary

Southeast Restoration is seeking a motivated Site Manager to support our production team in managing field aspects of repair projects in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and meet high quality standards while coordinating with customers, project managers, and trade partners.

Key responsibilities include communication excellence, scope management, site quality oversight, partner collaboration, and mastering company systems to streamline workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation.
• Comfort using various technology platforms and business systems.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress.
• Maintain detailed understanding of contracted repair scope and document changes.
• Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production management to strengthen relationships with trade partners.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to improve documentation.
