PuroClean of Lawrenceville & Chamblee is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to move restoration projects from start to finish. This role acts as the communication and quality control hub among field technicians, office staff, insurance companies, and customers.

No restoration experience is required; we will train the right person. The position emphasizes organization, accuracy, and customer communication, with ample training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review field photos and videos for completeness and quality
• Verify technicians collected all required documentation before leaving a job
• Review assessment documentation to ensure nothing was missed
• Follow up with technicians when additional photos or documentation are needed
• Assist with preparing job files before submission to insurance carriers
• Respond to notes and requests from insurance adjusters
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and project status
• Keep job files organized and up to date
• Track outstanding items and help move projects through completion
• Work closely with management to maintain accurate documentation
