Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions in Monroe, NC is seeking an experienced Service Contract PM Coordinator to oversee preventive maintenance scheduling for service contracts, coordinating PM periods with Branch and Dispatch teams and tracking monthly PM releases.

You'll collaborate with Legal, Branch, and Dispatch to resolve blocked contracts, review execution reports, and support contract lifecycle management while delivering reliable maintenance services across healthcare,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract management or service coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM periods for new and renewed service contracts with Branch and Dispatch divisions.
• Review and maintain PM periods for unblocked contracts.
• Ensure timely scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities.
• Review contract execution reports regularly and release contracts when appropriate.
• Investigate and resolve issues with Legal, Branch and Dispatch divisions related to blocked or unreleased contracts.
• Process pre-cancellations and cancellations of service contracts.
• Communicate with branch and dispatch divisions regarding contract status changes.
• Release PMs monthly and track PM completion rates and delays.
• Perform additional tasks to support the service contract team.
