Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Monroe, NC seeks a Service Contract PM Coordinator to ensure preventive maintenance activities are scheduled and executed across service contracts. You will coordinate PM periods with Branch and Dispatch, maintain schedules, and release PMs monthly.

You will review contract execution reports, collaborate with Legal and dispatch teams to resolve issues, and support contract lifecycle changes including pre-cancellations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contract management or service coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM periods for new and renewed service contracts across branches.
• Maintain PM schedules and ensure timely PM releases monthly.
• Review contract execution reports and resolve issues with Legal, Branch and Dispatch teams.
• Process pre-cancellations and cancellations as needed.
• Track PM completion rates and report delays.
