Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Morrow, GA is hiring an Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. You will serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, visiting sites for check-ins and reporting, and ensuring exceptional service aligned with company values.

The role is full-time with typical hours 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, occasional early start coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods, bend/reach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Luttrell Staffing Group and clients, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
• Ensure smooth communication, address client concerns, and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts, manage account renewals, oversee customer account management, and track key metrics.
• Develop new business with existing clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas.
• Create and contribute to reports, track sales results and forecasts, and update stakeholders on initiatives.
• Assist sales and marketing with strategic plans, develop account strategies, and liaise with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions, maintain accurate client records, and document interactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and participate in educational opportunities.
