Job summary

Safilo in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Jr. Key Accounts Manager to support the Sr. Key Account Manager in managing and growing key customer accounts.

You will handle day-to-day account coordination, sales analysis, order management, forecasting, and customer service, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Operations, and other teams to meet account needs and sales objectives. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities within accounts, preparing orders, reviewing them

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fashion wholesale or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. KAM in growing assigned accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Coordinate day-to-day customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Analyze weekly sales and account data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare orders and review them for accuracy against account needs.
• Track purchase orders to ensure on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with Product Development on samples and new product opportunities.
• Assist with sales forecasting and planning with accuracy.
• Travel domestically as needed.
