Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2+ years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Certified Customer Service Specialist certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of requests, orders and customer satisfaction.
• Provide cross-functional support to major accounts and resolve, coordinate or direct for prompt service.
• Act as liaison between the Company and accounts to achieve success.
• Expedite shipments and maintain accounts; interpret orders per established contracts.
• Use Power BI, SAP, CRM to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Own SLA performance and regional service metrics, including order flow and on-time delivery.
