Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Key Account Inside Sales Support Representative to help our National Key Accounts team. You will support Inside Sales by processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with distribution centers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with Oracle, Salesforce, and MS Excel. A high school diploma is required, with data-entry and customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into Oracle and Salesforce, verify delivery method and ship date, and follow up on PO details.
• Troubleshoot order-status inquiries with Inside Sales Representative.
• Provide inventory, shipping, tracking, and order-related information to Inside Sales.
• Monitor backordered products to ensure on-time shipment and update stakeholders.
• Enter and ship Purchase Orders through Salesforce and Oracle; assist with freight and install quotes.
• Manage Install Cases in Salesforce and coordinate installations with the Install Coordinator or Customer Experience Leads.
• Assist with escalations for missing/over-delivered/damaged/incorrect products.
• Maintain and update the Key Accounts Spreadsheet and support weekly Key Accounts meetings.
• Perform daily data-entry tasks and provide team support as needed.
