Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Key Accounts Inside Sales Support staffer to provide essential support for National Key Account customers. You will enter orders, track shipments, and assist with quotes and installations in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into Oracle and Salesforce, verify status and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries about order status.
• Provide inventory, shipping, tracking, and other order-related information.
• Monitor backorders and keep teams updated on status.
• Enter and ship Purchase Orders via Salesforce and Oracle.
• Assist with freight and install quotes.
• Manage Install Cases in Salesforce and coordinate installations.
• Assist with escalations for missing/damaged/incorrect products.
• Update Key Accounts Spreadsheet and prep for weekly meetings.
• Perform data entry tasks and support teammates as needed.
