Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a Key Account Manager - Agronomy to serve a select group of customers, mainly in Centralia, MO. You will be MFA's primary contact, fostering strong customer relationships and driving growth in corn and soybean sales while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include developing innovative agronomy solutions, collaborating across sales and business development, and ensuring alignment with MFA policies.

Qualifications

• A degree in agriculture or 2 years of equivalent sales experience.
• Knowledge of agronomy preferred.
• Live in or within commuting distance of the assigned territory.
• Can travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%).

Responsibilities

• Serve a select group of customers, acting as the primary MFA contact.
• Develop the customer relationship and help the customer grow their business while delivering excellent service.
• Develop innovative solutions for customers to support MFA products and services and improve offerings.
• Contribute to Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy, and Business Development to meet company goals.
