MFA Incorporated is seeking an established seed and crop input sales professional to lead a defined group of key grower accounts in the Centralia, MO region, focusing on corn and soybean sales.

You will spend ~80% of time in-territory, expanding relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and defending MFA’s market position against competitors, with relocation assistance available as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven seed or crop input sales experience.
• Existing relationships with growers in or near Centralia, MO.
• Strong sales negotiation and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with key grower accounts in the Centralia trade area.
• Serve as the primary contact for seed and crop input needs (corn/soybean).
• Develop and defend market share against competitors.
• Propose tailored solutions supporting customer operations and MFA's offerings.
• Represent MFA’s sales and customer intimacy goals per company policy.
