Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or 2 years of equivalent Sales experience.
• Knowledge of agronomy preferred.
• Live within commuting distance of the assigned territory; travel ~80%.
• Strong sales skills and proven sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities across row crop agronomy, forage, and livestock feed/mineral.
• Support sales goals through strong service, follow-up, and business development.
• Coordinate with producers on Agronomy and livestock solutions.
• Assist with operational logistics, including coordinating applications, supporting inventory movement, delivering feed, and pulling NH3 tanks.
• Support location operations during peak seasons and high demand periods.
• Track expenses and support location financial reporting.
• Assist with forecasting, budget planning, and monitoring operational performance.
