Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager in agronomy to support a select group of customers across Lamar, Lockwood, Nevada, and El Dorado Springs, MO. You will nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and help customers grow their business while delivering an outstanding experience.

Travel up to 80% within territory; a degree in agriculture or 2 years of sales experience required. Strong sales skills and knowledge of agronomy preferred; must live within commuting

Qualifications

• A degree in agriculture or 2 years of equivalent Sales experience.
• Knowledge of Agronomy preferred.
• Live in or within commuting distance of the assigned territory.
• Can travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%).

Responsibilities

• Serve a select group of customers across Lamar, Lockwood, Nevada, and El Dorado Springs, MO, acting as the primary MFA contact.
• Develop the customer relationship and help the customer grow their business while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Develop innovative solutions for customers that support MFA products and services and improve current offerings.
• Align with Sales goals in Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy, and Business Development.
