Carrier Global Corporation, Sensitech unit, seeks a high-impact Key Account Manager to own growth across enterprise, local, and mid-market accounts in a dynamic global territory. You’ll navigate multi-stakeholder deals, build a robust pipeline, and drive revenue with strategic, cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Head of Life Sciences in North America, you’ll negotiate key contracts, partner with Solutions Consultants, and manage complex sales cycles while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years enterprise B2B and/or SaaS sales experience with territory ownership
• 3+ years of pipeline building and meeting/exceeding quota
• US-based; willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets across the full territory including enterprise and local accounts
• Develop and execute territory/account plans reflecting complexity and pace
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with CRM forecasting
• Drive new business within existing accounts and expand into new divisions
• Lead contract negotiations, business reviews, RFQ responses, and renewals
