Job summary

Aizen Recruitment is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage a strategic partnership with a major French retailer and drive sales for both private-label and proprietary chocolate brands. This independent contract role offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities include leading the commercial relationship, prospecting new channels, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in retail and strong key account management experience.
• Experience in chocolate, confectionery, or private-label product management is highly valued.
• Fluent French (native) and English (fluent) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial relationship with a major French retailer to ensure performance of the brand portfolio.
• Identify and establish new distribution channels including gas stations, cinemas, and specialty retailers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide detailed reporting to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align launch plans and promotions.
• Develop and manage private-label chocolate products with retailers.
