• Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or Associate Degree with additional work experience in billing or collections is required.
• 2-5 years general work experience

Responsibilities

• Billing accuracy: prepare daily invoicing for Key account customers and ensure timely billings per contract terms.
• Collections: drive improvement in DSO, resolve rejected invoices, and liaise with key customers and internal teams to correct discrepancies.
• Provide statements of account and documentation to customers and Key Account managers upon request.
• Escalate disputes to management as needed.
