• 3–5 years of supervisory work experience in credit and collections, billing and/or customer service (Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead billing and collection for Key Account customers to achieve targeted DSO and past-due goals.
• Direct management of KAS team (2 supervisors, 8 specialists) and performance reviews.
• Ensure billing accuracy, timely billings, and contract compliance with key customer terms.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts team to improve billing accuracy and collections speed.
• Prepare and participate in collections meetings with key account managers and district offices.
• Provide status updates via monthly reporting packages and conference calls.
