Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory work experience in credit and collections, billing and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing and collection for Key Account customers with $750M annual sales; ensure timely billing per contract terms.
• Direct management of Key Account team (KAS) handling billing and collections.
• Lead calls with Key Account team, district offices and customers; monitor DSO and past-due balances.
• Ensure billing accuracy and documentation; improve processes and customer satisfaction.
