Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of supervisory work experience in credit and collections, billing and/or customer service; or a Bachelor's or Associates Degree with 1-2 years of previously noted experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and collection activities for Key Account customers to meet contract terms and DSO targets.
• Direct management of Key Account team (supervisors and specialists) with performance reviews and KPI tracking.
• Improve billing accuracy and efficiency, ensure documentation and compliance with policy.
• Lead collections discussions with Key Account managers and district offices; escalate disputes as needed.
