The Salvation Army in Oakbrook Terrace is seeking a part-time Kettle Campaign Assistant to support kettle season operations. You will transport Bellringers, maintain equipment, and issue badges while coordinating with Corps Officers on disciplinary matters.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. TSA MVR clearance is required and you will help count monies and ensure secure handling of funds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1-year related experience with a good knowledge of the area.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Clearance of TSA MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Transport Bellringers to and from sites.
• Help to maintain equipment, ensuring Bellringers are clean and presentable.
• Provide badges to Bellringers when dropped off.
• Coordinate with Corps Officers on disciplinary problems.
• Log drop off & pick up times of Bellringers on route sheet and have Bellringers sign-off.
• Conduct periodical site checks to ensure Bellringers are working.
• Assist with daily counting of monies as needed.
• Secure monies always.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures related to assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.
