Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Transportation Aide to support the Red Kettle Bell Ringing Campaign. You will transport paid ringers and kettles to designated locations each morning and return kettles at the end of the day, while tracking hours and inventory.

This role requires outdoor work, driving a vehicle (including a 15-passenger van), and the ability to work in varying weather. A High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell Ringing Campaign.
• Transport ringers and kettles to designated locations each morning.
• Keep inventory of kettles and switch out kettles as needed during the day.
• Pick up kettles in the evenings and record shifts and hours.
• Perform spot checks at bell ringer locations and follow schedules.
• Comply with The Salvation Army ministry and professional standards.
