• Plans, schedules, and assigns work; trains staff; checks progress for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains contact with staff and volunteers and addresses questions or issues.
• Maintains kettle income records and generates status reports.
• Coordinates and records special events and recognitions.
• Engages with community leaders to identify Salvation Army needs.
• Drives Salvation Army vehicles to kettle locations and transports kettles and supplies.
• Counts and deposits kettle funds.
