Job summary

Alpha Austin is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to join us on-site. You will lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8, run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions, and push every student toward 100% of their weekly app goals using Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years with K-8 students, and legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation support is provided for in-person campuses.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking and focus
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using analytics and incentives
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach until passage
• Adapt workshop playbooks to land with different age groups
• Be the trusted adult who upholds the standard for students
