Responsibilities

• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using analytics and incentives.
• Administer mastery assessments and re-coach until passing.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and create new sessions for varied ages.
• Maintain high standards and serve as a trusted adult for students.
