Job summary

Alpha in the United States is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to work on-site at a campus. You will run one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students, using AI-powered adaptive learning tools to track progress and motivate learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Comfortable using adaptive learning software while coaching.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong stage presence to manage a room of 12-year-olds.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking and feedback.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions with Coachbot analytics.
• Administer Test2Pass mastery assessments and re-coach until passing.
• Adapt workshop playbook for different ages and create new sessions.
• Be the authoritative yet approachable mentor to students.
