Job summary

Alpha seeks a Youth Development Specialist to lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students, using Coachbot analytics to drive motivation and 100% weekly app goals. You’ll also be responsible for administering mastery assessments and coaching students until mastery is achieved.

The role is full-time and on-site at Alpha campuses, with relocation support. You must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years with K-8 students, and you should comfortably work with adaptive learning tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• In-person work at Alpha campus (Scottsdale, AZ) or other listed cities.
• Comfort with adaptive learning software handling instruction while coaching.
• Proven record of high achievement and strong stage presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics.
• Administer Test2Pass mastery assessments and re-coach as needed.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and create new sessions as gaps are found.
• Be the authoritative but approachable adult for students.
