Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Mentor to lead life-skills workshops for K-8 students on public speaking and focus. You will drive motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives, and administer mastery assessments to ensure progress.

Full-time, on-site role with relocation support. Bachelor’s degree required and at least 3 years working directly with K-8 students. You will be the accountable mentor that helps students meet high standards and stay engaged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students in teaching, tutoring, coaching, camp leadership, or similar roles.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback.
• Conduct 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives.
• Administer and re-coach after the Test2Pass mastery assessments.
• Adapt workshop playbook for different ages and learners.
• Be the trusted, standards-based adult for students.
