Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to run high-energy life-skills workshops for K-8 students, developing communication, resilience, focus, leadership, and durable skills while improving the workshop experience.

You will coach students using Coachbot analytics to help them achieve ambitious weekly goals and demonstrate genuine competence through structured coaching and feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role at Alpha campuses with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) is required.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics to reach weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is shown.
• Adapt coaching for different ages from kindergarten through eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes.
