Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Coach to guide K-3 students through app-based core learning and literacy development on campus. You’ll diagnose gaps, design short diagnostic sequences, and stay with students from launch to closing.

This full-time, on-site role with relocation support offers a six-figure compensation, W2 benefits, and weekly pay. You’ll work with small groups, keeping daily goals high while building real-world reading skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9 in relevant settings.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master’s in reading or literacy.

Responsibilities

• Get every K-3 student to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead short structured-literacy sessions for small groups and diagnose gaps.
• Contribute to launch-to-closing campus routines and literacy coaching.
