Qualifications

• Experience supporting K-12 educational technology environments.
• Proficiency with Windows, Google, and Apple end-user devices and management systems.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tickets and provide level II tech support for devices, software, and networks.
• Assist schools and central office with CMS technology projects and standards.
• Lead incident response for major outages and document inventory.
