Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with two years tech experience; coursework may substitute for experience.
• A+ certification required.
• Strong knowledge of computers and hardware.
• General knowledge of LAN/WAN and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced assessment, triage, documentation, and resolution of incidents and requests related to MDM and devices.
• Assist with installation, repair, and upgrade of hardware and software.
• Use ticketing system to manage daily work orders with detailed documentation.
• Configure and install network equipment under supervision.
• Support classroom technology setup and maintenance (AppleTVs, projectors, interactive boards).
• Maintain security by MFA/password management and account control.
