Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows-based hardware, virtual desktops, basic networking, software/hardware configurations, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
• Provide level I support per supervisor instructions and work orders.
• Install, maintain, and support end-user devices, network connectivity, and application support.
• Collaborate with the IT Department on projects requiring higher-level assistance.
• Maintain records of work orders, resolutions, and communications.
• Conduct periodic inventory of district technology hardware and transport tools as needed.
