Job summary

Milford School District is seeking a Technology Support Associate to assist district staff and students with hardware, software, and network issues across Milford Middle School and Milford High School in Milford, NH.

You will answer technical questions, resolve Chromebook login and printing problems, and work with the IT team to address WiFi, account, and other technical challenges, ensuring reliable technology for teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in computer support.
• Experience working in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Aware of best security practices involving computer software, hardware, privacy and phishing/malware.

Responsibilities

• Support district teaching staff by answering technical questions and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist students with Chromebooks, login and printing problems.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve network, WiFi, and user account issues.
• Ensure technical success among district stakeholders.
