Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or State Approved Equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for technology issues and tickets in the school.
• Manage and maintain an inventory of Chromebooks, ensuring accurate records.
• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to resolve minor technical problems and escalation service requests as needed.
• Assist with software installations and updates on Chromebook devices.
• Coordinate repair services for damaged or malfunctioning Chromebooks.
• Maintain school Technology surplus documentation.
• Prepare written materials for documenting activities, providing reference, and conveying information.
