The Field Technician will troubleshoot devices, manage carts and panels, and coordinate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues. A+ certification and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in field tech support.
• A+ Certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Desk-side and break/fix support experience.
• Mobile device support for Chromebooks, iPads, macOS and iOS.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and wireless support.
• Fingerprint background check required; US work authorization.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support at schools and district locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with Level 3 support and Subject Matter Experts as needed.
• Maintain Chromebook carts, interactive boards, and digital signage.
• Document tickets and resolutions in Incident IQ for audits.
