ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide to support students in Grades K-12. You will assist with implementing IEPs, provide personalized instruction and supervision, and collaborate with classroom educators to foster a safe, supportive learning environment.

The role emphasizes instructional fidelity, data-driven progress tracking, and professional growth within a student-centered, outcome-focused setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Paraprofessional credential preferred.
• Crisis management training certification required or in process.
• Experience with instructional support for students with disabilities.
• Ability to implement IEPs with individualized support.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support a positive learning environment.
• Provide personalized instruction and behavioral interventions.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers.
• Assist with IEP implementation and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records.
• Support in school activities and accreditation processes.
