Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a ChanceLight educational program, is seeking an Instructional Aide to support students in grades K-12. You will assist with implementing IEPs, provide personalized supervision, and work closely with teachers in both classroom and community settings.

The role involves monitoring progress, applying behavioral strategies, and helping students develop essential life and academic skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and pass basic skills test.
• Associate degree or higher in education or related field preferred.
• CA driver’s license required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students in grades K-12.
• Provide personalized support and supervision in classroom and community settings.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, individualized instruction.
• Monitor student progress and communicate updates to teachers.
