Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Technology Associate to own on-site IT support and classroom readiness across our Bronx-area campuses. You will be the face of IT for scholars, teachers, and staff, working closely with central Tech Ops and campus leadership to ensure a secure, high-performing learning environment.

Responsibilities include on-site triage, hardware and network basics, onboarding of new staff, and building self-service knowledge to reduce downtime.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Help Desk or K-12/enterprise tech support.
• Proficient with macOS, iOS/iPadOS, ChromeOS, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Google Admin Console.
• Solid understanding of DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting and classroom A/V.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education, certs, and hands-on experience.
• Customer focus with high empathy and ability to minimize downtime.
• Strong problem-solving and triage skills with on-site escalation.
• Experience with asset inventories and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for walk-up support and ServiceNow tickets.
• Troubleshoot classroom tech: Promethean panels, Apple TV/AirPlay, doc cameras, Zoom Rooms, endpoints.
• Manage campus device lifecycles, inventory, and loaners using Jamf Pro and Google Admin Console.
• Perform frontline hardware break/fix and basic network edge troubleshooting.
• Onboard and train new staff; create knowledge base articles.
