Vista Higher Learning, Inc. is hiring a Language & Literacy Sales Specialist to expand our K12 footprint across Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado. You will leverage consultative selling, deep product knowledge, and strong presentation skills to win new business and upsell within current accounts.

Ideal candidates will travel up to 60% within the territory, build educator relationships, and align offerings with customer needs while collaborating with Sales, Development, and Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of consultative sales or business development with a track record.
• Experience in publishing, ed-tech, or language learning industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
• CRM proficiency and territory/account management experience.

Aufgaben

• Consistently achieve sales goals by winning new business/adoptions and growing existing accounts within the territory.
• Develop a deep understanding of VHL products, territory, and customer needs.
• Use consultative selling and active listening to align offerings with customer requirements.
• Strategically map the territory and design account penetration strategies.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales and training demos for print and digital programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with educators, administrators, and customers.
• Attend national meetings, events, conferences, and on-site team gatherings.
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and resolve issues with customers.
