Academy District 20 in Colorado Springs is seeking a District Technology Technician to join a collaborative IT team providing frontline support to students, staff, and families. You will manage user accounts, image and deploy devices, support printers, and maintain equipment across schools.

Responsibilities include tracking work orders in the ticketing system, assisting with hardware/software inventories, coordinating installations, and creating user guides.

Qualifications

• Experience networking client devices over wired and wireless networks.
• Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing personal computers, network printers, educational and productivity software, tablet computing devices, and operating systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and the public.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line technical support to students, staff, and parents.
• Manage user accounts and imaging of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets).
• Maintain hardware and software inventory across schools and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate installations and repairs of computer and networking equipment.
• Create technical documentation and user instruction guides.
